The Carriage House is located just one block from the world famous Las Vegas Strip, between the MGM Grand and the Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino. This area is packed with attractions, and the amenity rich Carriage House is situated in the middle of it all. Ownership at the Carriage House Las Vegas includes a floating week that trades with both RCI and II as a red week. There are no blackout dates, you may use any week of the year. You can also split your week into two separate stays (totaling seven days) and use it just a few days at a time if you wish.
This one bedroom timeshare has several floor plans to choose from (see layouts in pictures) which also include a "lockout" - which gives you two studio rooms for the same usage as your one bedroom. This gives you the ability to have two adjoining studios but affords each room the privacy they require.
This is a deeded timeshare and you will have association ownership. These timeshares originally sold for $10,000 and up. Timeshares directly across the street are selling for over $35,000 for a single usage week. Additional area attractions include the newly constructed City Center (home to Aria and the Cosmopolitan), Bellagio, and Caesar’s Palace. If old-school is your thing, downtown Las Vegas is not far away. Owning a week at a Las Vegas timeshare is one best vacation investments you can make.
RCI and II Trading
Due to all 52 weeks being designated as red weeks, ownership at the Carriage House provides great trading power with both exchange companies should you wish to trade your Las Vegas week for a week in another location. There are no blackout dates. Las Vegas is the second highest requested timeshare location behind only Orlando, so you can often trade your week for enough points to give you two weeks in a different location.
